Call Centre module

The Call Centre module provides call centre staff with easy access to key information in registration modules and POS without the need to open those modules. Staff are able to access details in records in these modules and review any correspondence or notes added to the records while communicating with clients over the telephone.

Provides an index summary of registration records and a sales summary of POS records, as well as details of correspondence related to a registration or sale.
